About Siddhira

We think a message that fails silently is worse than one that never sent

Siddhira Limited was built around one belief: a communications platform's job isn't to send a message — it's to make sure it arrives.

Why we exist

Most delivery failures happen quietly

An SMS gets filtered by a carrier. A WhatsApp message sits unread. A voice call goes to voicemail. Individually, each failure is small — but across millions of messages, silent failures add up to real customers who never got the OTP, the delivery update, or the fraud alert they needed.

We built Siddhira so that failure on one channel is treated as an event to act on, not a dead end to shrug at.

How we work

Three things we hold ourselves to

Delivery is the product

We measure ourselves on messages that land, not messages that send. Every feature we build starts from that number.

Your rules, not ours

We don't hard-code a channel order or a single "best" strategy. You know your users and your risk tolerance better than we do.

Show the trail

Every reroute is logged and visible to you. If a message took three hops to land, you can see all three, not just the last one.

Company timeline

Seven years of getting messages delivered

Siddhira started with a single channel and a simple idea. Every milestone since has been about adding a new way for a message to get through, not just a new feature.

2019

Founded in Hong Kong

Launched with a single-channel SMS API for regional e-commerce and fintech senders.

2020

WhatsApp Business added

First fallback pairing shipped: SMS to WhatsApp, based on early customer feedback.

2021

London office opens

Voice API launched alongside the new EMEA office, extending coverage into Europe.

2022

1 billion messages routed

Crossed our first billion-message milestone across SMS, WhatsApp, and voice combined.

2023

Fallback orchestration engine

Rebuilt channel switching as a first-class routing layer instead of per-channel retry logic.

2024

RCS support, 100+ countries

Added RCS as a fifth channel and passed number coverage in over 100 countries.

2026

190+ countries, 99.97% delivery

Now routing more than 6 billion messages a year, blended across all five channels.
